Refund policy


🕒 Return Window

You have 14 days from the date of delivery to notify us if you’d like to return an item. Once approved, you have an additional 14 days to send it back.


📦 Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. Items must be unused, with tags, in their original packaging, and in resalable condition. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase which will be included in your order.

For hygiene reasons, earrings are non-returnable unless faulty.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.

Custom or personalised items are non-returnable.


❌ No Exchanges

We currently do not offer exchanges. If you wish to get a different item, please return your order and place a new one.


⚠️ Faulty Items

If your item arrives damaged or faulty or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us immediately with clear photos, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

If approved, we will offer a replacement or full refund, including return postage if the item is confirmed faulty.


🚚 Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are paid by the customer, except for faulty items.

We recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot be responsible for lost returns.


💳 Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

🇪🇺 Customers: 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

For orders shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason. The item must be returned in its original condition: unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase is also required.


📩 To start a return

Email us at support@jeweldrop.co.uk with your order number and reason for return.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
